Privacy Policy

Tuanty Recipe calculates your pet's daily energy requirement and suggests fresh-food recipes. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect

| Pet avatar (an emoji, or a photo you choose) | To display your pet's picture in the app. The photo is only uploaded if you pick one. |
That is the whole list. We do not collect your name, address, phone number, contacts, location, advertising identifier, or any usage analytics.
Photos and camera
If you tap "Take Photo" or "Choose from Library", iOS asks your permission first. The picture you pick is downscaled, attached to your pet's profile, and uploaded to your account. We never access your photo library or camera at any other time, and we do not read photo metadata.
Where it is stored
Your account and pet profile are stored on Google Cloud (Cloud Run and Cloud SQL) in the
us-central1 region of the United States. Your sign-in token is kept in the iOS
Keychain on your device. All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted with HTTPS.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not use third-party analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not use your data to train machine-learning models.
Keeping and deleting your data
Your data stays as long as your account exists. To delete your account and everything in it, email us at support@tuanty.ai from the address you registered with, and we will remove it within 30 days. You can also clear your pet's photo at any time in the app, which deletes the uploaded image.
Children
Tuanty Recipe is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@tuanty.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
