Getting started
- Open the app and sign in, or tap Continue without an account to try it first.
- On the home screen, tap the Daily Energy card and enter your pet's weight, age, species, neutered status and activity level. The calorie target updates as you type.
- Tap Recipes to browse the recipe library, or Preset Recipes to pick a chicken or beef template sized to your pet.
Common questions
The Daily Energy card shows "——".
That means no weight is saved yet. Tap the card and enter your pet's weight in kilograms; the
figure appears immediately.
How is the calorie number calculated?
It uses the standard veterinary resting-energy formula, adjusted for species, neutered status,
age, and activity level. It is a starting point for feeding, not a veterinary prescription —
ask your vet if your pet has a medical condition.
Can I use it for a cat and a dog?
Yes. Switch between Cat and Dog at the top of the pet profile screen, and the recipe library
and calorie formula change with it.
How do I change my pet's photo?
Tap the avatar in the top-left corner to open your profile, then Take Photo or
Choose from Library.
I forgot my password.
Email us from the address on the account and we will help you reset it.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@tuanty.ai from your registered address.
We delete the account and the pet profile attached to it within 30 days.
Reporting a problem
If something looks wrong in a recipe or a calculated number, please send a screenshot and the pet profile you used. Nutrition accuracy matters to us and we investigate every report.
